Automate monthly client reports

Automated client reporting pulls GA4, Google Ads, Meta and your CRM into one dashboard carrying your brand, generates the monthly PDF, and writes the plain-English summary that goes on top of it. It sends itself on the day you choose. The last three days of the month stop being about exporting CSVs.

What problem this solves

“The last three days of every month the whole team is exporting CSVs instead of doing strategy.”

An agency typically spends six to fifteen hours per client per month assembling reports by hand. At twenty accounts that is a full-time employee whose entire job is copying numbers between tabs — and it is the same numbers, in the same order, every month.

The hours are the visible cost. The invisible one is that reporting eats the end of the month, which is exactly when the strategy work that keeps clients would otherwise happen. Teams hired to think spend the last week of every month transcribing.

It is also the automation with the shortest path to proof. You already know what an hour of your team costs and you already know how many hours the report takes, so the payback is arithmetic rather than argument, and it usually lands inside the first month.

What it gives back

Six to fifteen hours per client per month handed back to the people you hired to think, not to copy numbers.

Market contextAn agency typically spends 6–15 hours per client per month assembling reports by hand. At 20 accounts that is a full-time employee, and the payback usually shows inside 30 days.

What runs, end to end

White-label client reporting pulls GA4, Meta, Google Ads and the CRM into a dashboard carrying your brand, a monthly PDF and a plain-English written summary that sends itself.

Who this is for

Marketing agencies first — this is our primary vertical, and the build was shaped by how agencies actually report: white-labelled, per client, on a fixed monthly cadence.

It fits any business that owes somebody a recurring report against data held in more than one system: fractional CMOs, media buyers, SEO consultancies, and in-house teams reporting up to a board on the same rhythm.

The threshold is roughly five recurring reports a month. Below that the manual version is annoying rather than expensive; above it the arithmetic gets one-sided fast, and at twenty accounts it is the cheapest headcount decision on the list.

Frequently asked questions

Which data sources can it pull from?
GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and the mainstream CRMs are the standard set, and anything with a documented API can be added. Sources without an API — a platform that only exports CSVs by hand — we will tell you about before you buy, because they set the ceiling on how automatic the report can be.
Is the AI summary going to invent things?
It writes only from the numbers in the report, and it is written to describe movement rather than to explain it. It says what changed and by how much; the interpretation stays yours. Every summary is reviewable before send if you want that step, and most agencies keep it for the first couple of months and then drop it.
Does it carry our branding or yours?
Yours. The dashboard, the PDF and the sending address are all white-labelled — Amagenon does not appear anywhere your client can see. That is what "white-label" has to mean for this to be sellable.
What happens when a client asks for something custom?
Per-client variations are normal and the build expects them. Small changes come out of the hours in your maintenance plan; a genuinely different report is a small scoped addition. What you should not do is fork the whole thing per client, and we build it so you do not have to.
What if an API breaks mid-month?
It alerts, retries and tells you which source failed and when — before the client notices, which is the entire point. A report that silently ships with a missing channel is worse than one that is late, so the failure path is loud by design.

How many hours a month does your team spend on reports? Multiply that by your rate — that is what we hand back.
