All prices are in US dollars. Work outside the agreed scope is $35–$60/hour. The cost of AI services is passed on at cost plus 20%, or you can use your own account with the AI provider.
Questions we get asked
Could I not just do this myself with ChatGPT or an online automation tool?
Possibly, and we also advise companies that want to set up automations themselves. What we sell is that it keeps working on its own: real company data, unusual cases, an alert when something fails, and someone responsible when it breaks at eleven at night.
This looks expensive.
Let us price it against your own numbers, not ours. On the audit call we work out what the process costs you per month. If the build would not pay for itself within a reasonable number of weeks, we will tell you. If budget is the limit, we build less, not worse.
