Terms
What we commit to, what we ask of you, and where the limits are. These terms describe how we work; the written scope for your project is the document that governs it.

The scope document governs the work
Every project starts with a written scope naming what is included and what is not. Where this page and a signed scope disagree, the scope wins. Anything outside it is quoted before it is built, never after.
The audit is free and carries no obligation
The automation audit costs nothing, and the one-page report is yours whether or not you go further. We do not require a call to release it and there is nothing to cancel.
Pricing and what changes it
Prices on Pricing are in US dollars and are the bands we quote from; the scope decides where in the band a project lands. Out-of-scope work is charged hourly at the rate published there. AI usage is billed at cost plus 20%, or you bring your own API key and pay the provider directly.
The 30-day guarantee
For 30 days after delivery we fix anything that does not do what the scope said it would, at no cost. It covers delivered scope — not work nobody agreed to, and not a change of mind about what the automation should do.
You own what we build
The workflows are yours. They run on your accounts, and if we stop working together you keep them along with the documentation and the recorded walkthrough. We do not hold your automations hostage to a retainer.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a revenue figure, a conversion rate or a specific saving — those depend on your volume and your process, and any figure we show you is sized against your own data on the audit call. Third-party platforms we build on (WhatsApp, your CRM, your telephony) set their own rules and can change them; when that happens we tell you and we adapt the build.
