The form on Contact asks for your name, email, company, team size, region and a description of the work you want looked at. You choose what to put in the last field; nothing on the form is collected in the background.

What you submit is emailed to sales@amagenon.com through Web3Forms, our form processor. We use it to prepare your audit and for nothing else — no mailing list, no resale, no sharing with anyone who is not working on your audit.

Email sales@amagenon.com and ask, and we delete what you sent us. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to have been a client. If you would like confirmation once it is done, say so and we will reply when it is.

The form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a captcha that checks the submission is not automated. Cloudflare processes that check and receives your IP address as part of it. We receive only a pass or fail — never a profile, never a score we could store.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no cross-site tracker, and nothing that follows you after you leave.

If we build something for you, we work with the minimum access needed to build it and we say in the written scope which systems that covers. Regulated clinical and financial data is out of scope for our builds — that limit is deliberate and it is in the scope document too.
