Meta platform costs (messages, templates) are billed to the client as pass-through, at cost. Meta has announced a pricing change effective 1 October 2026 that introduces charges for messages that are free today. Final rates will be published before 1 September 2026. Both parties will review the included volume when they are.

Rates are marked assumptions. Meta has not published the per-country service-message rate; retainer bands are the catalogue's calibrated figures, not numbers from real Amagenon clients.
